Consumer Phone Number Append Percentage
Varies depending on the accuracy of the names or address data on your list and
if you are exempt or not exempt from the FTC’s DNC regulations. All lists are
matched against the National Do-Not-Call registry and applicable state
Do-Not-Call lists. However, if your organization is exempt from these laws you
must specify "Exempt" at the time of order. The average percentage append rate
for exempt customers is 25 to 50 percent. The average percentage of non-exempt
customers is 5 to 15 percent. Running some form of address verification like
CASSTM, DSF2@ or NCOALink @ may improve the append percentage and is
recommended before processing your list through consumer phone append.
