Validate, correct, standardize, parse and geocode U.S. and Canadian contact information

The Contact Verify Component for SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) provides the ability to verify, correct, parse and standardize addresses, phone numbers, email addresses; parse full names and detect vulgarities; and append census and geographic information like latitude and longitude coordinates.

Contact Verification Component - Address input and out

Address Verification
    • Validate, correct and standardize U.S. and Canadian addresses
    • Add +4 codes to validated addresses
    • Append missing suite/apartment information using exclusive AddressPlus technology
    • Generate CASS™ Form 3553 required for postal discounts
    • Determine delivery type as business or residence

Phone Verification
    • Verify U.S. and Canadian phone numbers to the 7- or 10-digit level
    • Determine Telco Switch location
    • Detect landline, cellular, or VOIP
    • Detect residential, business, or SOHO

Email Validation
    • Validate and correct email Domains
    • Detect mobile domains (restricted from email by FCC)
    • Detect bad mailbox names (spam, noreply…)
    • Provide three levels of validation: Syntax, Local Database, and MX Lookup

Name Parsing
    • Parse and genderize names and multiple names
    • Detect vulgarities and suspicious words in name fields
    • Detect and standardize companies in the name field
    • Correct common misspellings and syntax errors

Geocoding* (Spatial Processing)
    • Assign latitude/longitude coordinates to the delivery point
    • Append census tract and block numbers, county names and FIPS
    • Link to Census CBSA (Core Based Statistical Data) to profile customers
