SmartMover is a real-time* Cloud-based service that allows you to update the addresses of U.S. and Canada customers that have recently moved – before you mail – to reduce wasted printing and postage associated with undeliverable-as-addressed mail.
SmartMover compares your mailing list to more than 160 million address changes in the USPS® NCOALink® database, representing all permanent change-of-address records filed over the past 48 months. SmartMover can also update your list using the Canada Post database of Canadian individuals, families and businesses that have moved over the past 72 months.
Your Customers are a Moving Target
Every year, around 43 million American individuals, families and businesses move. In Canada, approximately 1.7 million move annually. Keep up with your customers by updating your mailing list with current addresses before each mailing.
SmartMover Meets the Move Update Requirement
Mailing lists processed through the SmartMover Cloud for NCOALink meet the USPS Move Update requirement for a period of 95 days from the date of processing – necessary for First-Class Mail® and all Standard Mail discounts.
