Use Address Object time zone property for some basic
profiling. Ever wonder which area of the country
your customers live in?
You can use the time zone property for some basic
profiling information. With time zone information,
you can better allocate your telephone support staff
hours to match the time zone of your customers. For
example, suppose you are on the west coast (Pacific
Standard Time) but a large portion of your customers
are on the east coast (Eastern Standard Time).
You may want to make sure you have enough staff
available at 8 AM EST, which is 5 AM PST, to handle
your east coast customers. Conversely, if you only
have a very small portion of customers out of your
own time zone, you may not need as much of your
staff to keep early/late hours.
