No matter how well a retailer handles every part of the fulfillment process, if the address on the package is wrong, it’s not likely to reach the customer. Ask Our Experts

Q: I’m interested in the Global Web Service, but what if my application/service will be used/deployed internationally? Will there be any performance issues if I’m trying to access the service outside of North America?

A: Our Global Web Service has really been picking up steam this year, and it’s great to see it becoming increasingly popular and useful. All our Web services, including the Global Web Service, are hosted on server farms across the U.S. We also have our Global Web Service hosted on servers in Ireland to accommodate our growing international client base. When a user calls our Web service, the server closest to their location will be chosen. Our servers are load balanced, so incoming requests are immediately sent to the next available server. We also monitor and conduct real-time testing to ensure that problems are quickly notified to a technician.
