Hiring to Remain Strong
Direct marketing spending is predicted to be high
this year – so is the hiring. Employment in the
direct marketing industry is expected to remain
strong, according to a recent survey. What position
will be hot this year?
According to Bernhart Associates Executive Search
report, sales positions will be the hot ticket this
year, followed by account management and analyst
positions.
The survey also notes nearly three out of four
direct marketing firms plan to add to their staff.
Seventy percent say they plan to beef up their
rosters during the first quarter, while 6 percent
are planning to cut back.
About 134 direct marketing firms responded to
Bernhart’s survey.
