USPS Promotions & Incentive Programs for 2013

The Federal Register published the Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) final rule that revises mailing standards to include six new promotions and incentive programs and the revised mailing standards to implement them, as well as listing the types of mailpieces eligible for each promotion that will be offered in 2013 for Presorted and automation First-Class Mail® cards, letters, and flats and Standard Mail® letters, flats, or parcels.
