New Move Update Noncompliancy Fees Now in Effect!
As of Jan. 4, 2010, mailers must now meet new Move Update standards for
First-Class and Standard Mail mailings or risk a noncompliancy assessment fee of
$0.07 per piece for the entire mailing, or pay full postage! Mailers using an
alternative addressing format such as “Or Current Resident” are not subject to
the Move Update Standards.
