The Process
The business email append service incorporates three steps as part of the
contact-specific email process.
1. The client’s file is matched against a profile of company email
addresses.
2. When a match is found for an individual at a specific company, a letter
is emailed to that individual with the option to opt out. Less than
one-fourth of one percent choose to opt out.
3. After 5-7 business days for all responses, the append-approved email
addresses are added to the customer file, excluding undeliverable and
opt-out emails.
Append Percentage
The email append percentage will vary depending on the accuracy of the contact
names and company data in your list. The typical append rate is 5% to 15% of the
contacts in the list, which is the industry standard.
