CASS^TM ZIP+4^TM process your list for automation discounts and faster mail piece delivery

Processing your mailing list through a USPS Cass Certified ZIP+4 coding system is required to receive USPS^® presort, saturation and automation discounts. Our CASS ZIP+4 processing service will help increase the quality of your address data which improves the deliverability of your mailing by matching addresses in your list to the monthly updated USPS National Address File, standardizing address information and adding the correct ZIP+4 and postal codes. DPV^® is included as part of the service which will validate the USPS actually delivers to the addresses in your list. Together ZIP+4 and DPV will help you eliminate undeliverable mail and reduce mailing costs.

USPS CASS Requirements
For automation discounts, your mailing list must be CASS processed within 180 days of the mail date. Carrier route discounts requirement CASS processing the list within 90 days of the mail date, and basic presort discounts require CASS processing within one year of the mail date.

    • Delivery Point Validation (DPV)
    • Address standardization
    • LACS^Link® and Suite^{Link TM}
     • CASS certificate (Form 3553) for your automated mailing
