Data is compiled from over two billion records to yield information on 160 million individuals and 110 million households nationwide.
Sources include white page directories, adult age information, children’s birth information, homeowner information, county courthouse information and transaction data from retail establishments.
Append Percentage: Varies depending on the accuracy of the names on your list. Your record must match our database record exactly otherwise no match will be given. The average percentage appended is 40 to 60 percent. Running some form of address verification such as
CASSTM, NCOALinkTM, DSF2TM may improve the append percentage and is recommended before processing your list.
Field Requirements: Full name, Address, City, State, and 5-digit ZIP CodeTM.
Returned Fields: Head of household age, Input name age, Number of persons in household, Owner or Renter Status, Estimated household income, Single or Multi-family dwelling, Bank card in household, Marital status, Number of adults, Presence of children, and Length of residence.
