Our Name Parsing service can split the names in your mailing list into Prefix, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name and Suffix fields. Then, the service uses the First Name field to assign a gender code to each record. This gender code will identify the record as either Male, Female, Neutral (i.e. Terry, Chris, Pat, etc.) or Unknown.
