Consumer Phone Number Append Percentage
Varies depending on the accuracy of the names or address data on your list and
if you are exempt or not exempt from the FTC’s DNC regulations. All lists are
matched against the National Do-Not-Call registry. However, if your organization
is exempt from these laws you must specify "Exempt" at the time of order. The
average percentage append rate for exempt customers is 30 to 60 percent. The
average percentage of non-exempt customers is 5 to 15 percent. We process
Non-exempt files through the FTC DNC to reduce the amount of records you will
receive that are unusable. It is the customers responsibility to run an official
DNC with their SAN to be in full compliance. If you have a SAN and don't know
how to do this we have a separate DNC service you can order. Running some form
of address verification like CASSTM, DSF2@ or NCOALink
@ may improve the append percentage and is recommended before processing
your list through consumer phone append.
