Step 1: CASS Processing for ZIP+4 Accuracy
MAILERS+4 scrubs your data by verifying and correcting delivery address elements against the DPV, LACS^Link, and Suite^Link files, and standardizes the address to USPS specs. It then adds missing postal data including ZIP+4™ codes, eLOT^® (optional add on) and carrier route numbers, delivery points, and more. Learn more.

NEW - Verify Non-USPS Addresses
DeliveryPlus, a unique database of over 5 million parcel addresses, is now available as an option for validating addresses in MAILERS+4 that are not included in the USPS National Address File. These addresses may be able to receive shipments from parcel carriers such as FedEx and UPS, even though the USPS does not deliver to these properties. DeliveryPlus is disabled by default so mailers can choose if and when to use it to help identify and validate addresses for enhanced shipping efficiency.

NEW – AddressPlus for Improved Deliverability
MAILERS+4 now includes to append residential addresses with the correct, known apartment number based on Last Name. Combined with the USPS Suite^Link processing, you’ll significantly increase the number of mailpieces delivered, on time, to the intended recipient.

Step 3: NCOA^Link® Processing
MAILERS+4 provides one-click access to update your file with the current move-update information matched to approximately 60 million permanent change-of-address records maintained by USPS. Simply submit your file any time, day or night, and your file will be processed against the full 48-month NCOA^Link database in realtime* over the Internet. When processing is complete, you open your updated file right inside MAILERS+4 and continue to process your First-Class™ and Standard mailings for automation and presort rate discounts.

Step 4: PAVE Certified Postal Presorting
MAILERS+4 presorts your mailings for both automation and nonautomation rate discounts for First-Class, Standard, and Periodicals mail, including destination discounts. Learn more.

Step 5: USPS Documentation
MAILERS+4 prints POSTNET™ and Intelligent Mail^® barcoded labels and container tags, the Qualification report, CASS Form 3553, and postage statements needed to complete your discounted mailings.
