MAILERS+4 ZIP+ Coding

ZIP + 4® Coding
MAILERS+4 verifies and standardizes U.S. addresses to USPS® requirements for discounted mailings. It appends current ZIP + 4, Carrier Route and the Delivery Point codes to the validated records in your list. The ZIP® coding feature of MAILERS+4 is CASS CertifiedTM and incorporates the DPVTM and LACSLinkTM systems, mandatory for CASS discounted mailings in 2007. MAILERS+4 also prints the required 3553 CASSTM form.

The Address Check feature in MAILERS+4 can also append marketing data to your records, such as: county name, time zone, MSA, PMSA, congressional district, latitude & longitude, address type, Line of Travel (LOT) number and more.

MAILERS+4 Presort
Automatically Presorts for Best Discounts
MAILERs+4  presorts First-Class, Periodical and Standard Mail. The sort is optimized to get you the lowest possible postage. It handles letters, flats and postcards. It works with both profit and non-profit mailings. It supports the Enhanced Carrier Route subclass with Line of Travel (LOT). It also prints barcoded bag and tray labels required by the USPS.

You can save even more with destination discounts. You select from a list of Bulk Mail Centers (BMC), Sectional Center Facilities (SCF) and Destination Delivery Units (DDU). MAILERS+4 POSTNET Barcodes
Get automation discounts with POSTNET Barcodes
Print POSTNET barcoded labels directly onto forms, envelopes or label sheets from your own dot matrix or laser printer. The POSTNET barcode is one of the requirements for postal automation discounts. You can print out your labels in natural, ZIP CodeTM or presorted order - ascending or descending. If you run out of paper there is an easy to use re-start feature that lets you pick up where you left off. CASS CertifiedTM.

A built-in Change of Address service (NCOALink) provides another way to help you eliminate undeliverable mail and save money on postage. This service compares your list to the USPS® national file of individuals, families or companies that have moved in the last 4 years and filed a change of address (COA) with the USPS. Your list will be updated with the current address. The price starts at $2.95 per thousand records with discounts for more than 50,000 records. This service is provided by a nonexclusive licensee of the USPS.
