About Match Percentages:
NCOALink service will overwrite old addresses with new
addresses and supply a status code indicating which records have
changed. Your match percentage will depend on the accuracy and age
of the data in your list. The average percentage updated is 4-6%.
Your records must match the NCOALink database exactly to find an
address change; otherwise no match will be given. In this case, a
“near match” will be provided in the form of Return Codes.
Pricing:
There are no electronic transfer fees and no additional
charges for Footnotes. The USPS neither establishes, approves, nor
controls rates at which NCOALink services are offered.

Reminder! New Move Update Standards Effective Nov 23rd!
In its effort to reduce the amount of Undeliverable-As-Addressed (UAA) mail,
the USPS has revised the Move Update standards to:
1. Increase the minimum frequency of Move Update processing from 185
calendar days to 95 days prior to the date of mailing.
2. Include all Standard Mail (letters, flats, parcels and Not Flat-Machinables),
as well as automation-rate and presort-rate First-Class Mail.
