Melissa Data Announces Microsoft SSIS Components for Data Quality and Enrichment

New components for SSIS are the most affordable, full featured data quality tools to deliver a single view of enterprise data

(November 17, 2010) – Melissa Data, a developer of high performance data quality and address management solutions, today announced their new Data Quality Components for Microsoft’s SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). This suite of custom data transformations delivers the industry-recognized criteria for complete Data Quality , including Data Profiling, Cleansing, Parsing, Standardization, Matching, and Monitoring.         parses/genderizes names and detects vulgarities.

    3. Data Matching and Cleansing: Corrects data values to meet specific business
        rules and standards, then consolidates customer records into identifiable groups
        and merges related records.
