All Melissa Data products, except mailing lists
and data enhancement services, are covered by a
100% satisfaction guarantee, and you can return
your purchase for any reason within 30 days and
we will refund the purchase price excluding
shipping charges.
To return your purchase:
1. Find the invoice number on the invoice
that was included with your shipment. You
must have this number to request a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If
you cannot find the invoice or invoice
number, please call 1-800-MELISSA (635-4772)
to request the number.
2. Call our Technical Support department
at 1-800-MELISSA (635-4772) and request RMA
number. The RMA number is good for 15 days
from the date of the authorization. Any item
returned after the 15-day authorization date
will be refused. Likewise, any product
returned without an RMA number clearly
marked on the outside of the package will be
refused.
3. Package together all of
the materials that shipped with the product.
Remember to include a copy of the current
invoice with the items being returned.
Returns that do not contain all the
materials that were shipped will be refunded
less for less than the full amount of
purchase price.
4. Write the RMA
number on the shipping label.
5. We recommend you use a traceable
method (FedEx or UPS) for your return.
All items returned as outlined above will be
processed as soon as possible. Refunds will
be issued as a check for products purchased
by check, cash or C.O.D. A credit will be
issued for products purchased with a credit
card. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
