USPS Change of Address
Now you can update your files with current address of individuals, families & businesses that have moved.
Secure, private user access to USPS® monthly
in-house change-of-address updates for your proprietary database. Your data never leaves your computer!
NCOALink enables you to update addresses with the latest permanent
secure change-of-address information filed with the USPS. You can process an
in-house change of address mailing using MAILERS+4 SmartMover and NCOALink to update
your internal lists using secure data storage technology. After you are
certified as an End User NCOA Licensee, the USPS will provide you monthly NCOALink datasets that contain
secure changes-of-address information
for the most recent 18-month period.
Four steps to becoming a NCOALink licensee. Melissa Data will help
you every step of the way:
1. Apply for self-certification approval to USPS.
2. Purchase a monthly subscription to MAILERS+4 with the SmartMover
add on.
3. Submit software information form, and return required test files
to USPS.
4. Upon approval, sign and return License Agreement and pay
licensing fee to USPS.
Once certified as a NCOALink
licensee, you will receive the NCOALink DVD-ROM set containing
the live datasets on a monthly basis directly from the USPS. You will
receive the monthly updates of MAILERS+4 with DPVTM
from Melissa Data.
The MAILERS+4 SmartMover package includes a monthly subscription to
MAILERS+4 Professional with DPV. A SmartMover
package is also available for Limited and Full Service Providers.
