Access currently not supported in Listware.

Under "NCOA and Residential Phone Numbers" combo, the report is missing amount of phones appended.

Unable to see ListWare screens correctly.

Solution:
If you cannot see the "NEXT" button and cannot continue, your desktop font size is set to "Large Font". In order to view the ListWare screens correctly, you must first change the font size to "small fonts". To change the setting please do the following:

1. Right click anywhere on the desktop.
2. Click on "Properties".
3. Then click on the "Settings" tab.
4. Click on the "Advanced" button.
5. Under the "General" tab, click on the pull down menu and choose "Small Fonts".
6. Then have them reboot their machine.

Unable to update ListWare

Solution:
Download the latest version.
 

Excel 2007 currently not supported in Listware

Numeric fields with decimals will restructure the decimal placement to zero and round off the number if fields are appended to the file.
