Mailers+4 2011 Known Issues

Issue: If you try to print a Presort report right after you’ve updated Adobe Reader- MAILERS+4 crashes.
Workaround: View the Presort reports and accept the license agreement from Adobe reader. You will only have to do this once.

Due to changes with the latest Adobe Reader X, you will see a dialog box like the one below when you try to print or view the Presort reports.

 

In order to view or print the reports, you will need to choose either the first or second option. If you choose the 1st option, you will need to do this every time you view or print a Presort report. If you choose the 2nd option, you will only have to do this once.
