Carrier Route has been discontinued by the USPS but is still allowed
in the Presort Object.
Solution:
Will be fixed in the next build.
Work-Around:
Make sure to either not pass in a carrier route field to the
presort object or set FCM_CRRT, FCM_CRRT_3, and FCM_CRRT_5 to
false.
