Check the name of the file. If it is a long file name or has characters like commas, quotes, periods, spaces underscores, the software is unable to handle it. Shorten the name of your file to no more than 8 characters. Also check the path of the file. It may be buried in a deep directory somewhere. Path the file to a more simple directory.
