The words are overlapping on my postage statement, qualification report or CASS certificate?

Odds are that the software is loading the wrong fonts or using the wrong windows driver. Make sure the "DEFAULT" windows driver is the correct one for your printer. If it is a laser printer you can try loading a generic HPIIISi driver from the Win95/Win98 CD and this should correct most of the laser problems.

If the fonts are the problem, go to Windows Start/Settings/Control Panel/Fonts and then go to file/install new fonts. Change the drive letter in the "DRIVES" box to point to the MAILERS+4 CD-ROM. Double click on the "FONTS" folder in the "FOLDERS" box, lower left hand corner. You will now see the individual fonts appear in the fonts window. Click on the "SELECT ALL" button and then click the "OK" button. This will reinstall our fonts.
