I would like to take this time on behalf of every one at Cranbury Communications, Inc.  to thank you and your organizations for the wonderful support you have provided in the short time that we have been a dealer for Melissa Data. The assistance we have received from both your technical and marketing groups has put us in a position to grow our Melissa Data sales by almost 100% this year. Two, specific opportunities immediately come to mind. 

The first was a customer in a pre-sales situation looking at a variety of possible solutions to meet his requirements. This customer purchased over six thousand dollars worth of products primarily due to the ability of our teams efforts to answer his questions and provide support. We showed him how to successfully use the software and integrate the process in to his business operations seamlessly. 

The second opportunity was a marketing effort. Melissa Data supported our efforts at the Raleigh Small Business Exposition. The booth was fabulous. During this was a one afternoon and evening event we attracted the attention of over 140 prospects who wanted to know more about mailing and address correction software. From this effort we have closed two new customers and have five additional companies that are extremely interested in our products. 

I feel it is important to thank people for a job well done. It is so easy to criticize when something fall through the cracks, and yet so many times the good work we do goes unrecognized.
