Boost Your Telemarketing Response  

Here are few ideas to consider when you're trying to boost your telemarketing response rates.

Suppress jaded urban areas like Manhattan and Los Angeles for an automatic boost to response.

Filter out everyone but people over 55 years of age (who are more likely to be home) during the day, then remove the filter after 5 p.m.

When you get a new group of records, split the list in half. Once you've worked through the first set of names, roll out the second. Having a fresh set of names gives a mental boost to the teleservice reps.

Scripts often work because reps think they will work. When you roll out a new script, tell reps it's a new control and they'll perform better.
